Locally owned and operated we are proud to be cleaning, drying and deodorising the lovely dogs of Newcastle and surrounding suburbs. Our founder Nicole opened this business out of her love for dogs and the outdoors. Special dedication is taken for each dog and its specific needs. We can tailor a cleaning service for your pooch, consulting directly with you.
We are a privately owned business, so unlike a franchise, you are dealing directly with the owner. Nicole answers all enquiries and assures that once on the job, your precious pooch will be in good hands in the comfort of its own environment.

Q. What is included in a full service?
A. Pre-brush, warm hydro bath, blow dry, nails clipped, ears & eyes cleaned, coat deodorising and a dog treat.
Q. Why a pre-brush?
A. We brush before the bath to remove any matting and loose hair. It also helps to remove any dry dead skin.
Q. Are your products safe?
A. Yes we use products designed for the hydro bath that are soap free & Ph balanced so they are gentle on your dog’s skin.
Q. What if my dog won’t get in the bath?
A. It’s very unlikely that I won’t be able to get your dog in the bath with some encouraging words and of course dog treats, but if I can’t our policy is NO BATH - NO CHARGE
Q. Why use doggy deodorant?
A. The coat deodoriser we use has the same fragrance as the shampoo but will keep your dog smelling great for longer than the shampoo alone.
Q. What’s involved in a flea treatment?
A. The same as a normal hydro bath except we use an insecticidal flea shampoo containing tea- tree oil. Remember if you are booking a flea treatment it is recommended to clean all your dogs bedding at the same time.
